Representatives

Representatives are selected from each region of the association. These act as contacts for our members and elect the GFS supervisory board.

The members of the cooperative to promote pig farming select representatives from their own ranks, who represent the interests of members in the cooperative. Regional meetings are held every five years for this purpose, where representatives, deputies and regional spokespersons are elected. The following are elected:

1 representative per 100 members
1 spokesperson per region

The selected representatives, deputies and regional spokesperson hold a reps meeting once a year where the supervisory board is also elected or the annual accounts are signed off.
